ConsentGraph.ai
Consent is the graph, not context.
We’re exploring a consent-first foundation for AI and data systems: provenance, delegation, and revocation as first-class structures — not after-the-fact policy.
The idea
Most “context graph” approaches optimize retrieval and meaning. But at scale, the harder problem is legitimacy: who is allowed to use what, when, and under what conditions.
We treat consent as a property of the edges between agents over time. Data inherits its trust and risk from the strength (or weakness) of the consent container it flows through.
Why this matters
- Governance that works in practice, not just on paper.
- Revocation as a primitive, not an apology.
- Composable provenance for multi-agent and tool-using systems.
- Safer memory without centralized permission bottlenecks.
What we’re doing
This is a signal flare, not a product launch. We’re collecting aligned builders and thinkers and comparing invariants.
If you’re working on agent systems, enterprise AI, data lineage, security, privacy, or governance — and you suspect “context-first” architectures are missing something essential, let’s talk.
